I settled in Australia more than one year ago so that I could have a closer look at the Australian vineyard and the wine industry.

Having taught extensively in French Polynesia and in France before, I have a great understanding of the international wine market and I am able to provide a very high standard of courses at all levels.

I proudly support the Australian vineyard and I have already learned and tasted a lot since I arrived in Australia and even before. I have had the opportunity to meet many winemakers and I just went on a trip to the South Australian vineyard. I now have a very good comprehension of Australian wines and their strong identity. Obviously, I know very well the French market with which I keep a close relation. I also have a great understanding of the other vineyards in the world.
