Wine is a part of our culture. There is a move all over the world, toward wine and the wine's consumption is rising all over the world. Customers want to understand what "terroir" means even if they don't want to be overwelmed by information. They want to know more about the "robe", "the aromas", "the taste". As a professionnal I offer a service which reflects the quality of the wine and try in the same time to demystify it in the same time.


My commitment is to provide for everyone who wants to learn a little bit more about the French wines a high level of qualification and moreover I really have the willing to share my passion of wine.

Having taught extensively in French Polynesia and in France before, I also have a great understanding of the international wine market

During a 2 years trip in Australia I had the opportunity to enhance my english skills and moreover my wine knowledge. I have had the opportunity to meet many winemakers. I think I now have a very good comprehension of australian wines and their strong identity. I also have a great understanding of the other vineyards in the world.
