- Preparation and lecturing of Wine tasting, wine making, wine promoting, wine service courses for initial education (advanced diploma). Courses provided in the Hotel school of Tahiti. Objectives : providing a high level of standard to serve and promote wines in restaurants to increase sales and give satisfaction to customers.
