With a strong experience in the catering industry and having taught extensively in French Polynesia and in France before, I have a great understanding of the international wine market and I am able to provide a very high standard of courses at all levels.
I have specialized in teaching wine for many years in the catering industry to both students and professionals. My principal skills focus on wine tasting, wine selling, wine service and wine promotion. I am an expert in the fields of wine education and I am able to design and implement courses at a high standard level.

No need to become an expert, only what you require is a good basic understanding of wine and a lot of passion to share the spirit of wine.
